Our programs are designed for complete beginners. Every class is structured so new students feel comfortable, supported, and confident from day one. No experience required — just a willingness to learn.

Yes. Safety is always our top priority. Classes are age-appropriate, instructor-led, and focused on proper technique, control, and awareness. Students progress at their own pace in a structured and positive environment.

For the first class, comfortable athletic clothing is perfectly fine. If a uniform is required, we’ll guide you through everything after your trial class so there’s no pressure or confusion up front.

Most students attend 2–3 classes per week for the best results. Consistent training helps build confidence, discipline, fitness, and skill progression much faster — especially for kids.
